Research suggests that less than half of businesses are using e-mail marketing as an outreach method, even though it can generate a strong return on investment, retain customers, and nurture people from leads into customers. It works for every phase of the customer lifecycle: Prospecting, Lead Nurturing and Retention.

Like I have always said, e-mail marketing is one part of a total marketing strategy to reach your customers where they Live, Work and Play. Why won’t you people listen to me?!?

vacation According to a recent study, social posts have influenced more than 1/3 of travelers to switch-up travel plans, with over half changing hotel plans, and 94% say they document their own journeys on Facebook.

So, basically, we are putting our trust and travel dollars in the advice of strangers. Not saying it’s a bad idea, just sayin’ there’s no insurance coverage for that…

Coca-Cola's anti-stereotyping video becomes viral hit


A recent video from Coca-Cola Middle East features six strangers meeting in the dark and conversing with each over a meal (and Cokes) before the lights come up to reveal that “appearances can be deceiving.” The ad has received more than 9.7 million YouTube views and widespread praise for its social message.

Is this ad a bit obvious in it’s direction and ultimate goal for acceptance? Yes, of course. Does it work on ALL levels? You bet your sweet cheeks it does…
